I then hired him to do some jobs around my condo, both large and small. Diego was fantastic. His attention to detail is top-notch, he is willing to describe every step (if you want), and his work was first-class. His invoice was very fair. He even took the time to face-time my out-of-town daughter with her house plumbing problem and then took the time to explain how some other issues around the building worked.   • We would definitely recommend Gregori Plumbing! Seven of us (in a condo) had hot water tanks that needed replacing and we contacted Gregori Plumbing for an estimate. The owner, Diego, visited the building and provided an estimate, which was very reasonable compared to others we had obtained. Prior to installation he did a walk-around, looking at existing plumbing and tank access, and answering owners questions. He then made arrangements with each owner to install the new tanks in a timely manner. Throughout the process Diego was professional, thorough, and efficient. He made recommendations, provided clear explanations, and worked cooperatively and patiently with his clients. He provided outstanding service: owners commented, It all went smoothly; It was quick and efficient; He was polite, and explained the warranty; Diego was excellent.   • We can't be happier with the service provided by Diego and Gregori Plumbing! It was around 8pm when we noticed a leak in our ceiling and realized that it was coming from either the washing machine/pipes. We had just moved into our first home, so we were afraid and panicking about the damages. I put in a job request form through Home Depot and Diego contacted me immediately. Initially, he was very helpful through text, getting more information about the issue and giving us a quote for the plumbing service. Diego realized that the leak was ongoing and deemed it an emergency, so he drove over in less than 30 minutes. He wore a mask and shoe covers as soon as he entered our home. He showed us the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. As a bonus, he also taught us about what he was doing while he was doing it, and taught us what to do in the case of a water-related emergency. He was very kind, courteous, and skilled. We are looking forward to use Gregori Plumbing in all our future needs. My whole family is very impressed with everything. Would recommend to all our friends and family in the area.
